We built our own internal tool to turn discovery conversations into structured insight, so pattern recognition doesn't just live in one person's head. It's the same diagnostic method we use for clients, applied to Orin itself.
The most valuable insights in organisational transformation often come from conversations. Through discussions with leaders, teams, clients, and experts, patterns emerge around decision-making, ownership, communication, and the behaviours that influence how organisations perform under pressure. The challenge was that extracting these insights required significant manual analysis. Valuable knowledge was being generated, but it was difficult to consistently capture, connect, and reuse.
We built Orin OS: an internal intelligence system designed to transform discovery conversations into organisational insight. By combining Orin's methodology with AI-assisted analysis, we created a way to identify patterns across conversations, capture institutional knowledge, and strengthen the way we diagnose organisational challenges. Rather than treating each conversation as an isolated interaction, Orin OS helps us build a deeper understanding of how organisations operate, where challenges emerge, and what interventions are most likely to create impact.
Orin OS has strengthened our discovery and diagnosis process by enabling us to:
Organisations generate valuable insight every day through meetings, conversations, and operational experience. The challenge is turning that information into understanding. Orin OS helps bridge that gap, combining human expertise, structured thinking, and AI-assisted analysis to reveal the underlying systems shaping organisational performance.
We recognise that organisational insights often come from sensitive conversations. Orin is designed with privacy in mind, keeping client information protected and ensuring AI is used responsibly with appropriate human oversight.
